To register for an online account, enter your customer account number and zip code on the account registration page.

Q.I don't have a Rem customer number, how do I create a new account?

A.

If you are not a current Rem customer, you can apply for an account on the account application page. Once your application has been approved, you can quickly setup an account on the account registration page.

Q.I am a consumer with no connection to the eyewear industry. Can I order frames from www.derigo.us?

A.

We currently accept orders only from retail businesses. If you would like to purchase a product produced by De Rigo Rem eyewear and don't know where to find the closest store or online retailer, please contact [email protected].

Q.I found an error on the site, who can I contact?

A.
